Azabu Juban is a relaxing neiborhood with many Japanese and Western restaurants and bars. The natural light and simple tones of the interior have been complemented with furniture of neutral tones and warm colours.

Accents of greens and the occassional splash of contrasting colour add playfulness in an otherwise serene, contempory and minimilist  interior.

The Interior Lifestyle Show will be on again this month in Tokyo.
This is the 20th show and will be held at Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Centre on Odaiba.

The show will be held from Wednesday the 2nd to Friday the 4th of June.

Many new products are showcased and with over 500 exhibitors present, it will be a whole day affair to see everything!

Beautiful new apartment in Iidabashi

Here are some shots of a brand new apartment in Iidabashi.

It is a three bedroom apartment with an open plan kitchen and living / dining area.

The third bedroom has been used as a study.



The views are superb through the huge windows of this 14th floor home.

Shinjuku is easily visible and the highlights of Cherry Blossoms around the cityscape is simply breathtaking.

You have found your new home in Tokyo and soon it will be time to move in. If you have been lucky enough to acquire a fully furnished property then it is time to relax and become accustomed to your new surroundings and lifestyle. However, most of the time your new home will be completely bare. Bare is not a bad thing since you will have full control on the style and type of furnishings to put into your home. And, when I say bare, I mean bare. Apart from needing furniture, household appliances and electrical goods you will possibly need ceiling light fittings and curtains as well...

According to the Japanese Weather site Weathermap, Tokyo's Cherry Blossoms are expected to be in full bloom from the 2nd of April.

The best viewing dates are predicted between 31st of March and the 8th of April.
